Pranayama means expanding the dimension/control or restraint of Prana. It is the practice of breath control in yoga.

Pranayama enables you to control the flow of your breath and increase your vital energy uncovering the light of pure consciousness and brings mental clarity.

Pranayam blemishes ignorance and helps the knowledge to rise. Pranayama helps in reducing different kinds of diseases. Moreover, because Pranayama (breathing) is the important means of supplying our body and its various organs with Prana (oxygen) it is vital for our survival. Another important reason that Pranayama is important is that it is because breathing is one of the most important ways that we are able to get rid of waste products and toxins from our bodies.

It is important to learn the correct technique of Pranayam for maximum benefits.

This is a 21 days commitment starting from THURSDAY, 6th MAY 2021 – 26th MAY 2021.
We will practice this over Zoom for 4 days a week (Monday. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) from 7 pm – 7:30 pm.
The remaining three days of the week, it will be self-practice.

The course will be held from 6th MAY 2021 – 26th MAY 2021 – 7 pm to 7.30 pm
