Class Description
On popular demand Anahata brings to you a second bundle of 20 sessions on “VINYASA FLOW”.
In a VINYASA FLOW class, you will find yourself moving between postures in a flow, one breath at a time.
These classes are fit for everyone, from a beginner in yoga to an advanced practitioner,as a lot of modification is offered for every posture to make it accessible to all. These sessions are great to give you a complete workout in a week (5 sessions),cause each day its focused on one part of the body and by the end of the week you complete your whole body workout. There are lot of PEAK POSTURES offered in various sessions, which will help you take your practice forward and deeper. It’s recommended that you practice the PEAK POSTURE based session several times, for you to get that asana in a safe way and not having to rush into it in one practice alone.
Apart from the Vinyasa based sessions, there are few sessions which are using the props, like a CHAIR which will add variety to your practice and will train your body in a different manner.
HOW TO STRUCTURE YOUR PRACTICE ?
We recommend that you follow the same sequence as given in the course, complete class 1 on DAY 1 and so on and after completing all the 20 sessions, revisit and practice few sessions which you found it interesting or you found it challenging.
REMEMBER YOU ONLY GET BETTER WITH PRACTICE !!
