Class Description

Splits or Hanumanasan is a journey, wherein one has to prepare the body progressively to get the end pose.

This is a series of 3 sessions, with the intensity and level gradually increasing from the first session to the next. We recommend that you practice one session a couple of times a week and then move on to the next session titled WEEK 2.

It’s not recommended to push oneself to the end range of this pose without preparing the body properly. A lot of elements help one to do the front Splits and in this four weeks journey to Splits, we will explore the required mobility, flexibility, and strength which will help us to get the pose in a safe manner.

Enjoy the practice, and remember consistency is the key.

How to structure your practice?

We recommend that you follow the same sequence as given in the course, complete class 1 in Week 1 and so on. After completing all the sessions, revisit and practice few sessions which you found interesting or challenging.
