Class Description
Pranayama is a combination of Prana + Yama. Whereas Prana shows the 5 Prana Vayus within the human body, Yama is the technique of controlling it. It proved to regulate the autonomic response by strengthening the parasympathetic nervous system. With practice of Pranayama, one is able to think wisely and take the correct decisions. .
With 12 recorded sessions this 21 days Pranayam class, this course will make you stress-free and happy. And for those Working From Home it will be very refreshing to take this YOGA BREAK while you work to improve the quality of breath and to inculcate a lasting healthy habit.
HOW TO PRACTICE THIS PRANAYAM SERIES ?
This course has 12 recorded videos and is designed for 21 days, in which you are suppose to practice every video as described in how to follow the course as well as with each class to get a better understanding of the different techniques of Pranayam. You are also requested to practice in the order the class numbers are mentioned.
