About The Course
We bring to you a very interesting and creative VINYASA FLOW leading to the peak posture “GRASSHOPPER”.
A deep hip opener, looks very challenging in the beginning to get in this pose. But as we skillfully explain the different components of the pose, we weave our way into the final grasshopper pose.
Like all the advance sessions, recommend this session to be practiced multiple times, for the body to get ready for this peak pose. We have built up a creative sequence which will prepare you organically to ease into the pose.
