We are also instrumental in introducing Aerial and Acro Yoga in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.

Pratibha Agarwal is a certified power yoga teacher practicing yoga from a very early age. She is recognized as one of India’s few Registered yoga teachers by the yoga alliance U.S.A. Having been trained under masters from U.S and India with a long and in-depth association with yoga, she has been able to incorporate a lot of variety in her classes keeping the essence of yoga, an aspect that her students look forward to.

What she focuses on is attaining an unparalleled union of the mind, body, emotions and intellect. Alignment remains a cornerstone of all forms of yoga for Pratibha. She guides students to slowly align into the pose until they start moving more fluidly into the various asanas. She has trained students of all ages from 6 to 85.
Pratibha Agarwal is the Founder and Director of Anahata Yoga Zone. Established in June 2011 at Trimulgherry, the studio has grown from strength to strength with new branches at Sainikpuri and Kondapur.
She conducts group, corporate and individual sessions with a highly personalized approach. The sequence and intensity of the classes suit the experience, energy, and skill of the students. Beginners can build the flow with gentle practice while intermediate students are challenged to push their limits.
